PRICE AND AVAILABILITY OF TITLES
All prices given on this site are in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated, and all items listed should be currently available; however as the database is updated once every 24 hours, slight discrepancies may arise occasionally. "Currently available" material is defined as items that can be reliably supplied within 90 days. In other words, stock must be in our warehouses, or must be currently on order as in the case of reprints and forthcoming publications, and all titles must be available for unrestricted sale. The online catalogue will also contain only those titles which are published or distributed in this region by us.

On receiving your request we give you a time at which you can expect a response and this time will be not later than 14 days after receiving your request.
There are some exceptions to your right of access, for example, in the case of existing or anticipated legal action.
If you find that there is an error or omission in the information held about you, please contact the Privacy Coordinator and we will correct the error or omission in our current records as soon as possible.
For legal and administrative reasons we may also store records containing personal information in its archives. You may seek access to the records held by we that are not current records, but if you do so, we may charge you for the cost of providing access.
